Mon 21 Feb sees the launch of the Arches Project at the Plough Arts Centre. This project, funded by an Arts Council 'Artists in Sites of Learning' grant will involve three artists/film makers - Jon Wainwright, Russell King and Nick Urwin - who will work with young people from Torrington over the period of a week from Mon 21 Feb to Fri 25 Feb, to create an exhibition that will run from Sat 26 Feb - Fri 17 Mar.
