A Revue devised by Paul Scott
First finding fame as lyricist of West Side Story, Stephen Sondheim went on to write words and music for over a dozen musicals including Sweeney Todd, Company and A Little Night Music. This new revue focuses on the strong female characters found in almost all his shows and includes many lesser-known songs alongside the familiar Send in the Clowns, Everything’s Coming Up Roses and Losing My Mind, providing an evening of witty lyrics (all by Sondheim) and thrilling melodies (mostly by Sondheim, but also by Richard Rodgers, Mary Rodgers & Jule Styne).
