The curtain will go up on Sgarmes, Aber's dynamic close-harmony chorus at their glitteriest, singing camp classics and pop favourites in two tongues. They will be followed by glamorous burlesque star Mimi Amore; jazz and blues duo Izzy Rabey and Bill Sutton; Ali Cocks, melding pole-dancing with gymnastics; Vesta Clitoria, the music-hall male impersonator; juggler Mar Gonga with her magic crystal ball; plus edgy spoken-word from local student George Sandifer-Smith and Cardiff-based American Carey Wood-Duffy. Cabarration will appeal to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people, as well as variety-loving straight folk.
