Following sell-out shows at Crazy Coqs, concert artist and West End performer Emma Kershaw returns to pay tribute to "the voice of a generation", Karen Carpenter. So many of the Carpenters' greatest hits are included, but also other gems you may not yet have discovered. Songs include Yesterday Once More, Close to You, We've Only Just Begun, Superstar, Top of the World and Rainy Days and Mondays. They will give the listener a glimpse into the life, career and sheer joy of music that the Carpenters gave us. Emma has performed lead roles in musicals such as Les Misérables, Chess, Into the Woods, Cabaret, Guys and Dolls and West Side Story. She sings regularly with orchestras throughout Britain and Europe in the most prestigious venues. She grew up listening to the music of the Carpenters who remain an important part of the soundtrack of her life.
