As we get older time seems to get faster and faster? When Chris was a kid a day took for ages and a year took forever. Nowadays his life is just an ever-increasing cycle of Birthdays, tax returns and Edinburgh Festivals. Every birthday cake is a slightly bigger fire hazard, every piece of mail has a bloody window in it and each Edinburgh festival comes closer to killing him completely.
