A friendship forged in hard times, Flick and Julie are an unlikely pairing that have come together to make your pennies go further so that your dreams can still become reality. And now the comedy duo, and cash crusaders, are opening the doors to their Pop-Up Penny Pinching Shop in Birmingham, as part of Birmingham Fest,. They'll be giving a myriad of tips, including how to get the perfect party outfit for the price of a pint (of wine), and singing their way to saving you a packet.
