Helen Keen is a Yorkshire-born comedian and writer. Her solo shows mix stand-up with science, storytelling and inventively homemade props, spinning comedy out of such arcane and unlikely subjects as the development of the space rocket. Woman of The Future! is a work in progress show about the enduring power of science fiction to give us visions of a newer, better, fairer world - and day dreaming while working in an office... The first stand-up comedy/science/fancy dress/variety/quiz show entirely themed around outer space.
