One of the great clowns of our time. Comedian and photographer Steve Best's many years on the comedy circuit have allowed him to build trust with some of the funniest people on earth. This exclusive access has allowed him to take hundreds of intimate, deeply moving images that no one else could get. Steve's first book, Comedy Snapshot is a first of its kind, with over 400 comedians, each giving a joke and some quirky facts about themselves. It is a unique record of the comedy circuit. The evening will start with a chance to look around the gallery followed by a 20min comedy set from Steve). After a short break there will be a Q&A session hosted by local professional comedian Paul Revill. This will be your opportunity to ask Steve questions about his work! A book signing will follow.
