Brecon Baroque 2014 - Father, Son & Godfather archiveRachel Podger leads the expanded Festival Orchestra in a concert of overtures, suites and concertos by JS Bach, his sons and Telemann, a personal friend and godfather of CPE Bach. As well as Rachel, the soloists will be Alison McGillivray (cello), Nathaniel Harrison (bassoon) and Marcin Swiatkiewicz (harpsichord). The Powys Youth Orchestra also makes an appearance in an orchestral version of Bach's famous Toccata and Fugue in D minor.
