An empowering afternoon of urban soul/jazz grooves kicks off with a brand new project from exciting and versatile guitarist/vocalist/composer Ciyo Brown. Ciyo has performed alongside a host of artists including Ruby Turner, Juliet Roberts, the Jazz Warriors, Talvin Singh, Annie Lennex, Courtney Pine, Jean Toussaint and Maxi Priest. With elements of soul, hip-hop, R&B and reggae, Ciyo's inspirational lyrics and grooves are accompanied by Ricky Reid (keyboard), Nevill Malcolm) (bass), Rod Youngs (drums), Thomas Dyani Akuru (percussion) and Tania Rosato and Esche Escoffery (vocals).
