The music of DaDa is a journey through the rich and traditional rhythms of Africa. DaDa had audiences rocking during their last UK tour. The group feature respected players and percussionists from Ghana, Gambia, Ethiopia, and Senegal with backgrounds rooted in traditional and popular African music. Vocals are sung with compassion and conviction, re-addressing unfair issues and the contradictions of society today. Intricate guitar arrangements intertwine with African drum patterns and percussions, creating an almost hypnotic crescendo. Funky African blues at its best!
