The concert, 'A Ba-ROCK Explosion', will be all-standing as part of the Elgar Room's mission to present music and the performing arts in new and exciting ways. Daniel Hope has been described by one reviewer as 'the most exciting British string player since Jacqueline du Pre', famed for her performances of Elgar's Cello Concerto. Another critic described Daniel Hope's playing as 'a joy - technically impeccable but still passionate, singing and mercurial' The full-length concert will see Hope performing 'A Ba-ROCK explosion'.
