Over the past few years we’ve heard Dave in many different combinations - with Martin Taylor and Alan Barnes for example, his own All Star group and trios or accompanying singers such as Stacey Kent, at which he is an acknowledged master. But for many it is as a solo pianist that he truly excels. Featuring the best of the classic Jazz repertoire and his own distinctive compositions he can build up the most tremendous rhythmic momentum and then turn in a moment to the most beautiful Blues.
