Dave Shepherd is one of Britain's greatest clarinettists, respected throughout the world for his skill in playing jazz from the Swing era. Inspired by the playing of Benny Goodman, his Quintet is formed with a similar line-up of instrumentalists as the Goodman groups of the 1930s and 40s. This show is a tribut to Benny Goodman, Lionel Hampton (Some Like It Hot) and Gene Cropper.
