Written in Italy when the composer was only 22 Handel s Dixit Dominus contains some of the most exciting choruses ever written. Thrilling in their drama and virtuosity they are performed here by the Dunedin Consort who are internationally renowned for their Handel performances. In addition we hear two of Bach's great double choir motets and the wonderful Concerto for 2 Violins with its unforgettable slow movement.
