Messiah

Edinburgh Royal Choral Union's New Year performance of Handel's Messiah has been a firm fixture in the city's Hogmanay celebrations for nearly 150 years. Come along and find out why. Enjoy the excellence of Handel's music and the festival atmosphere as lunchtime picnics are unpacked during the interval. This year, the 250th anniversary of Mozart's birth, the Choral performs Messiah in Mozart's arrangement.
