Cardiff Gamelan and special guests will take you on a musical and visual journey, performing on St David's Hall's beautiful bronze Javanese Gamelan. With traditional Javanese music alongside the new and unexpected, taking inspiration from Javanese Wyang Kulit (shadow play) and using video and computer projection, the evening will also include a newly commissioned piece for clarinet and gamelan, Swyn, by composer Helen Woods.
