Production details

The Legendary Grammy Award-winning George Benson- heralded as a jazz guitarist of unparalleled chops, a vocalist with great emotional range and sophistication has had a career spanning four decades. Since the start of the millennium, he has shown no signs of slowing down and on this - his first UK tour in two years he will perform hits from his impressive back catalogue including: Give Me The Night, Lady Love Me (One More Time), Turn Your Love Around, and In Your Eyes, as well as Givin’ It Up (2006) - a duet recording with Al Jarreau that scored two Grammy Awards - and offerings from his latest album Songs and Stories (2009) - a collection of tunes penned by some of the most prolific songwriters of the last half-century, including James Taylor, Smokey Robinson and Bill Withers. Marti Pellow’s achievements are endless - with a career that has so far seen the record for the longest Number One in UK chart history, to having one of the four biggest selling songs in the UK of all time and consistent chart topping multi-platinum album sales. With leading roles in Chicago and the Witches of Eastwick Marti’s talents have seen him become a Broadway and West End star. Marti continues to be dedicated to his song writing, to creating new music and to pushing the boundaries of what is expected with new album, Boulevard of Life, which is set for release this year. Marti Pellow will play the first half and George Benson will play the second half - making this an entertainment extravaganza!
