Welsh Language Performance. Ysgol Glanaethwy will celebrate its eighteenth birthday this year, and its members are coming down to the capital city to celebrate! This is your chance to join in the celebrations and hear the junior and senior choirs at WMC on the 29th November 2008. The junior choir recently won the Côr Cymru competition, won at the Llangollen International Eisteddfod and at the Music for Youth festival. It was also the winning choir at the Stena Choral Festival in Llandudno, was awarded the title of choir of the festival at the National Eisteddfod last year as well as coming first in a choral festival in Budapest last Easter. Former pupils of Ysgol Glanaethwy that have found success in the entertainment business will join in the celebrations - this will surely be a night to remember. Donald Gordon Theatre
