He is a disciple of Ustad Amjad Ali Khan and is now becoming well known internationally through his performances in the USA, Canada and the UK. Kiranpal Singh is regarded as the principal Santoor player in Europe. He has developed an individual inimitable style in his performances by blending creative flair and spontaneous imagination.
