A special collaboration between two very exciting groups, the delicacy and grace of Hanayui complementing the power and explosive rhythms of Mugenkyo Taiko Drummers. Hanayui are the sister group and members of the world-renowned Kodo Drummers. Continuing the Kodo tradition of excellence in their field, they bring to the UK a beautiful performance of Japanese dance, song, elaborate costume, and expert taiko drumming. Since their establishment in 1994, Mugenkyo have spearheaded the growing movement to develop Taiko as a European art form, both through artistic collaborations and their extensive performances as UK's first and only professional touring Taiko drum group. Their hard-hitting energetic shows have earned them the reputation as Europe's foremost Taiko group.
