Production details

Two of Quarry Hill’s biggest arts venues are joining forces this autumn, with the launch of HOUSEBAND, a joint initiative between West Yorkshire Playhouse and Leeds College of Music providing music students with an opportunity to showcase their talents to Playhouse audiences. Every Tuesday and Thursday from now until 18 December students from the College will provide musical entertainment for audience members before they enter a performance. Situated in the heart of the Playhouse’s busy bar, the events will see a range of acoustic singer songwriters and bands playing to traditionally the largest Playhouse audiences of the year in the run up to Christmas.
