A night of bluegrass from American duo Jeff & Vida supported by young English twins The Carrivick Sisters. Vida’s powerful vocals and driving guitar with Jeff’s rock-n-roll approach to mandolin and guitar gets crowds feet stomping across America with bluegrass, alternative country and acoustic roots. Despite their youth, Charlotte and Laura Carrivick have been performing for several years both as a duo and as members of larger UK bluegrass bands. Although distinctly English their passion for American bluegrass and old time that makes their sound unique. The sisters combine a wide range of instruments with their tight vocal harmonies to create a varied set of mostly original songs and instrumentals.
