Featuring material by Grappelli, original compositions, as well as some of the famous tunes from the Hot Club repertoire, this performance will be first and foremost a personal tribute to the great violinist Stephane Grappelli with whom John Etheridge toured worldwide for 5 years. John Etheridge has performed in many contexts, but particularly noteworthy is his partnership with the great classical guitarist John Williams. They recently toured the U.S.A. together, playing prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall and Chicago Symphony Hall.
