See the Chorus of Women perform live in the wonderful setting of the Nottingham Playhouse auditorium. A show full of impressive vocal performances which looks at the figure of the Virgin Mary in the Catholic church. Conducted live from the stage by Marta Gornicka this show might just blow you away. Polish artist Marta G?rnicka is a rising star who recently won Best Director at the Braunschweig Fast Forward Festival. For neat14 she brings her performance piece Magnificat to Nottingham for its UK premiere. It is a unique and powerful polyphonic performance by 25 women of varying ages and professions.
