It’s difficult to think of any guitarist in the last decade who has enjoyed quite the same unanimous acclaim as Matt Schofield. Since his 2004 debut CD he has been dubbed one of the top ten British Blues guitarists of all time by Guitar & Bass magazine, and rated the best in the world by the Senior Music Critic of the Los Angeles Daily News. Now based in Canada, he visits the Corn Exchange as part of a UK tour in support of a new CD release, which features a new four-piece band.
