The Gala concert will showcase the wide ranging creative talents of Young People from across the city featuring Bassaleg, Bettws, Caerleon, Duffryn, Hartridge, Lliswerry, St Josephs RC and St Julians High Schools. Many of the performances will have been part of the examination curriculum which allows the audience to view the high standards achieved by our young people. Performances by the Vanessa Clarke School of Dance and students from Gwent Music will also feature during the evening. All proceeds raised on the evening will be donated to the Mayor of Newport’s chosen charities.
