Since their formation in Cork in 1996, Northcregg have established themselves as one of Ireland's most popular traditional groups. Fusing Irish dance music - in particular that of the Sliabh Luachra region of Cork and Kerry - with music from Scotland, Shetland, Nova Scotia and Quebec (and elements of swing and bluegrass thrown in), the Northcregg experience is unique.
