Reach Out for Haiti - T1531178535London's theatre land has been raising funds for the Haiti disaster and the staff and artists of the Royal Opera House are doing so too. Our first performance-based event is a special evening in the company of several members of the Jette Parker Young Artists Programme. Hosted by soprano Elisabeth Meister, the evening’s entertainment will be provided by… the audience! Choosing from a comprehensive list, we invite you to perform your favourite aria to an orchestral backing track or, if you prefer, you may choose to be accompanied by a member of the ROH music staff. With the opportunity to bid for celebrity artists to perform, this promises to be a very exciting and unique event. In addition, bids may also be made on the night for the Young Artists to sing an ensemble - a quartet, quintet or sextet as the finale to the evening - the higher the bid, the larger the ensemble. There are only 350 places at this exclusive event so please book as early as possible. | |
