Os Sambistas play a glorious mix of traditional Choro and Samba tunes and songs from the home of carnival - Brazil. Made up of local musicians and a singer from Rio, they specialise in the infectious rhythms and melodies rarely heard in the UK. The mix of traditional instruments and percussion is guaranteed to get you dancing and feeling the Latin vibe. Os Sambistas are Richard Jones, Mark O’Connor, Sadie Finch, Dan Lawrence, Lucy Rivers and Gabriel Silveira. + Special guest performers Fred Snow and Arthur Foxaque (the ‘caustic crooner’ who performs jazz and swing from the roaring 20s and glamorous 30s).
