Born in Catalonia, Oscar Alabau won the 1st Prize in the International Competition of Jose Maria Vinaros Competition and 2nd Price in the Guilhermina Suggia Competition. As a soloist Oscar has performed in Barbican Hall, Kings Place, Palau de la Musica in Valencia and recently toured Spain.
