Production details

The Grammy-Award Winning Pavao Quartet return to Malvern following their impressive performance at last year's Malvern Piano Festival with this 75-minute concert of string quartet music. As well as John Adams's recent piece, Fellow Traveller, the programme will include Michael Nyman's In Re Don Giovanni, Shostakovich's 10th String Quartet and Tangos by Astor Piazzolla. The quartet have just completed recording a disc with Catrin Finch, Bryn Terfel, Aled Jones and Hayley Westenra for release this spring. Part of the Malvern Contemporary Arts Festival
