The Feis Ceol winning Dunboyne Youth Choir perform a jazzy updating of the story of The Prodigal Son, who squanders his inheritance before returning on his knees to his family. They will also perform shorter pieces from a wide range of countries including Jamaica, USA, Hungary, Italy and Croatia. The programme will include solo spots for singers and instrumental players drawn from the choir in a lively concert for the whole family. The choir is directed by Bernie Sherlock of the DIT conservatory of Music and Co-Director Michael Dungan.
