The Regent enters its 80th birthday year this Boxing Day and this glittering gala Christmas Concert opens the celebrations in style. It will star the cream of Christchurch’s local musical theatre groups, including members of Highcliffe Charity Players award winning Pantomime cast; members of the cast of Milton Musical Society’s box office blockbuster, Titanic and members of the award winning Theatre 2000’s brilliant revival of South Pacific. Joining them will be some of the TV stars from Swish of the Curtain Theatre School and The Funky Little Choir, who both represented Christchurch so successfully on Channel 5’s Don’t Stop Believing. The concert is in aid of the Regent and promises to be a fantastic festive family night out for everyone.
