Formed by internationally renowned tabla player Sarvar Sabri and his fellow musicians who are trained in a variety of musical traditions: south Asian, Latin American, jazz and western classical. The ensemble performs works that draw upon the dynamic and creative energy released when the Indian classical tradition meets those of Latin America and Europe. Using this rich heritage the group explores new sounds and techniques to create exciting world music.
