During this spectacular programme the seven Tibetan Monks will perform sacred mask dances, sacred music and spiritual healing chants in rich multi-coloured costumes. Hundreds of mudras (symbolic hand gestures) are used to revitalise spiritual energies for generating wisdom, compassion and the healing powers of the Buddha of medicine. Some of the proceeds from this 3rd visit to the Plough will be used to train young monks to preserve and promote Tibetan Traditional Arts. This very special event is being presented with the assistance of the Tibet Support Group.
