Sinfonia Cymru was formed by Musical Director Gareth Jones and creates a unique platform to launch young players into the music profession at the beginning of their career. Sinfonia Cymru concludes its National Tour with a stunning programme of Mozart, Chopin and Mendelssohn. Fresh from his US recital debut at Carnegie Hall, Pianist Llyr Williams joins the Orchestra to perform Chopin’s Piano Concerto No. 2 in F minor. Llyr Williams is in high demand as a soloist, performing with many of the UK’s leading Orchestras and appearing in music festivals worldwide.
