Jamaican born opera singer. Paul Robeson epitomised the energy and integrity of the major figures of the mid-twentieth century who raised awareness of equality and human rights. In this new show, the internationally acclaimed classical opera singer, Sir Willard White will pay tribute to the life and music of Paul Robeson with a captivating concert of his music, alongside some outstanding musicians. The concert will include spirituals, British folk song and classic early jazz songs, concluding with a sensational rendition of Ol’ Man River.
