Ska was the music that flourished in the clubs of Jamaica in the 1950s and 1960s, and opened the way for the world domination of reggae. In in Jamaica's near-neighbour Cuba, the music scene nurtured some of the best Latin musicians of the last 100 years. Ska Cubano form the missing musical link between Cuban music and ska, fusing unstoppable Jamaican rhythms with wild Cuban brass.
