Acclaimed worldwide for his technique and musicianship, British cellist Steven Isserlis has enjoyed a distinguished career as a soloist, chamber musician and educator. With an award-winning discography, CBE honours in recognition of his services to music, and Schumann Prize of the City of Zwickau, Steven plays the Marquis de Corberon (Nelsova) Stradivarius of 1726, kindly loaned to him by the Royal Academy of Music. For Curtain Call he plays Bach’s Solo Suite No 3 and Britten’s Solo Suite No 3.
