Back in the 70s, Stray was one of the hardest gigging and consistently excellent live acts on the circuit. Over the years the band has toured with the likes of Ten Years After, Status Quo, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Kiss and Rush. That Stray still remains up there with the best of their kind is evidenced by their latest CD - Valhalla - receiving Get Ready To Rock! magazine's Best Album of 2009 award.
