Percussion duo Sally Basker and Andy Spiceley bring an eclectic mix of music and an extensive collection of instruments, large and small, to the Recital Room. The wide-ranging programme will include music for two marimbas by the American composer Steve Reich, arrangements of baroque, classical and romantic keyboard music by Bach, WIdor and others, as well as jazz, Latin American, and African numbers. An evening of contrasting sounds and styles, none of it too serious, all of it striking!
