One hundred-plus young string players drawn from the after-school orchestras run by the LEA's Music Support Service. Officially they're called Durham First Orchestra and Durham District Orchestra, but when combined in the correct proportions they regularly shake and stir their audiences with a scintillating cocktail of sparkling music.
