This concert is one of Hampshire Association for the Care of the Blind's annual events and features much loved music performed by one of the country's finest bands. HACB has provided services to people with sight loss living in Hampshire since 1922 and this event helps raise its profile and assists in raising funds to continue its work. The Band of H. M.
