This is the programme chosen by our Friends of the orchestra for their 25th anniversary. The call for programme items created a great deal of interest, so we present the four winning entries as picked by music director, Michael Lloyd. We are delighted to say that the Lalo will be performed by our friend David Cohen, Belgian cellist extraordinaire, who is always so popular with Malvern audiences. Three more beautiful and evocative pieces complete the evening, which will be marked by a special presentation.
