A concert of of muwashshah poetry and dance songs from al-Andalus and the Arab World. This concert forms part of a conference about the dance songs of medieval Andalus - Spain during the period of Arab rule. Particularly the form known as muwashshah which has been a highly respected art form in the Arab world for over a thousand years.
