This New York jazz trio draw on rhythms from every corner of the globe. Led by master percussionist and composer Ravish Momin, Trio Tarana create a new sound experience that primarily fuses Indian and East Asian rhythms including Japanese, Afghani & Indonesian. Their critically acclaimed debut album 'Climbing the Banyan Tree' was released in 2004 and the band have recently completed a tour of Canada.
