In 1984 Young Blood released their EP First Blood to rave reviews in the national music press, resulting in the signing of an exclusive touring contract. Young Blood played support to Motorhead, Phil Lynott's Grand Slam, Iron Maiden's Clive Burr, Paul Di'Anno's Battle-axe, Thor, She and headlined hundreds more UK venues. 2011 saw Young Blood release their debut album Transfusin', to much acclaim. They have just completed a string of successful sell-out European shows alongside 80's giants Keel, culminating in a sell-out gig at London's premier rock venue The Camden Underworld.
