Anushiye Yarnell takes fragments from everyday life and turns them into existential daydreams. Her works draw on personal experience, past and future mythologies, notions of paradise and civilisation, dreams and cultural diversity. Exotica is a body dancing inside out seen through open eyes. It explores the transformation of a body, reflecting and consuming fragments from scenes and experiences of everyday life and our fantasy lives fed by mythologies and cultural histories.
