Returning to London for the first time in 30 years, Boston Ballet presents two dynamic programmes, Neoclassical and Contemporary, reflecting a century of groundbreaking choreography. This Neoclassical programme, rich in innovation, features Vaslav Nijinsky's Afternoon of a Faun, George Balanchine's Serenade and Symphony in Three Movements and resident choreographer Jorma Elo's Plan to B. Danced to the music of Tchaikovsky, Debussy, Biber and Stravinsky played by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Boston Ballet, under the leadership of Artistic Director Mikko Nissinen, showcase technical brilliance and perfect virtuosity at its very best.
